Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 4 cups grapes, washed
  • 4 large apples, washed and sliced
  • 8 reduced fat string cheese or mini babybel cheeses
  • 8 tbsp peanut butter portioned out into small containers
  • 4 multi-grain flatbreads, cut into quarters

Preperation instructions

  • Boil water to cook the eggs in. Once boiling, remove from heat and let sit 10-12 minutes.
  • Assemble protein boxes with the following 1 egg, ½ cup grapes, ½ apple, 1 cheese, 1 container of peanut butter, ½ flatbread.
  • Can be stored in the refrigerator up to one week.
