Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen fruit and veggie blend (Strawberry, Banana, Blueberry and kale)
  • 4 cups almond milk
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 2 2/3 cup non fat greek yogurt
  • 8 Tbsp. Flax Seed

Preperation instructions

  • Measure all ingredients into a blender (if the blender is not big enough then divide the recipe in 4ths and make individual).
  • Blend until smooth, if smoothie seems too thick can add water 1/4 cup at a time until it blends smooth.
  • Divide among 4 cups and enjoy!
