  • Large saute pan

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. frozen diced chicken breast
  • 2 packages frozen stir fry vegetables
  • 1 package frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 package microwaveable brown rice
  • ยผ cup low sodium soy sauce

Preperation instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a wok or sauce pan to medium heat. Add chicken and cook until warmed.
  • Add vegetables and cauliflower rice, continue to sautee until cooked. Cook brown rice according to directions then add to the pan.
  • Season the ingredients in the pan with soy sauce, salt and pepper and powdered ginger if you have it. Continue to heat for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
