  • Measuring cup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled-oats
  • 2 cups unsweetened plain almond milk, or other non-dairy milk of choice
  • 4 Tbsp syrup, honey, or brown sugar
  • 4 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • Banana, blueberry, strawberry (Optional)

Preperation instructions

  • To each of the mason jars or small containers with lids add: ½ cup milk, 1 Tbsp chia seeds, 1 Tbsp honey, syrup or brown sugar. Stir until combined.
  • Add in ½ cup oats to each container. Stir to combine and make sure that all oats are well combined with the liquid and moist.
  • Cover tightly and set in the refrigerator overnight or until ready to eat later in the week.
  • When ready to eat uncover and top with your desired topping of choice. Additionally can be heated up in the microwave for 30-45 seconds, if oats get too dry add some additional milk.
