Ingredients

  • 4 cups quick cook oats
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 bunch green onion, chopped
  • 2 large avocados
  • 1 package cherry tomato, diced
  • 8 eggs (hard boiled)
  • 8 tsp. sriracha

Preperation instructions

  • Prepare the oats by measuring the following into each container: 1/2 cup oats, 2 tsp green onion, 3 cherry tomatoes, 3/4 cup water.
  • Stir each container to make sure ingredients are mixed well, cover with the lid and refrigerate overnight.
  • Take 8 eggs and place them in boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit in the hot water for another 5 minutes. Remove from water and cool. Store in the refrigerator.
  • When ready to eat heat oatmeal in the microwave for 1:00 minute stirring every 20 seconds so it doesn't boil over.
  • Top oatmeal with 1 hard-boiled egg, 1/4 avocado, and 1 tsp. sriracha.
