Ingredients

  • 4 whole grain frozen waffles
  • 4 eggs, cooked sunny side up
  • 1 avocado, split into 1/4's
  • 4 tbsp store bought salsa or hot sauce of choice

Preperation instructions

  • Cook the eggs sunny side up or to your preference, set aside.
  • Toast waffles according to package instructions.
  • Top waffle with 1 egg, 1/4 avocado, 1 Tbsp of salsa.
