Ingredients

  • 1 package low sodium thin sliced deli ham
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 3 stalks of green onion
  • 4 Eggs
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup shreddred parmesean cheese

Preperation instructions
