Ingredients

  • 1 small container non fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 limes, squeezed
  • 2 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 (5 oz) cans of tuna in water, drained
  • 2 avocados
  • 4 Whole Wheat Carb Balance tortillas
  • 1 package strawberry
  • 1 package blueberry

Preperation instructions

  • Combine yogurt, celery, parsley, lime juice, mustard, and pepper in a bowl; mix well.
  • Drain tuna and add to above mixture, stir to combine.
  • Slice strawberries and combine in a bowl with the blueberries.
  • Fill each tortilla with 1/2 avocado and 1/4 of the tuna mixture. Wrap tightly.
  • Serve wrap with 1/2 cup of the berry salad.
